Donation to Emergency Campaign at Langley Memorial Hospital

The Foundation is thrilled to finally announce its commitment to donate $1,100,000 to the new Emergency Department expansion at Langley Memorial Hospital.

The Foundation was the matching donor for the matching donor campaign over the summer of 2018. However, this could not potentially be revealed until the conclusion of the municipal election campaign last week, with Million Dollar Matching Donor Revealed.

As many in the community in Langley know all too well, Langley urgently needs a new Emergency Department, an expansion and replacement long overdue. It was important to the Foundation to contribute to that campaign, and be a small part of raising the necessary funds from the community to help ensure it proceeded.
